Goodbye January

My grandmother used to tell me that time goes faster as you get older.  I don't question this at all these days.  The acceleration seems impossible to reign in, and it's all I can take to keep up.  When I would wish for something in the future, both grandmothers would admonish me not to wish my life away...I don't do that anymore.

Last month I had plans to "start" a multitude of things.  All of which I did, but none of them to the extent I had hoped.  The universe had other plans, I'm just along for the ride.

What I have begun are things that I consider monumental in my life.  A store here, new work, new writing, a Patreon page, a feeling of self reliance, and possibly relocating.  It's all huge, and I wanted to have things neat and tidy by today.  I say again...the universe had other plans.

So today I will give you a tiny peek at the new project.  It's writing and art and hopefully so much fun.

It's the world of Emaline, who's life is accelerating, and fleeting, but there are so many adventures to be had along the way.  The project, tentatively called The Journals of Emaline Grey, is the story of a girl who ran away to find herself, and found so much more than she bargained for.

Wishing you all a wonderful day, and a February filled with all the love you can hold.

Rabbit, Rabbit, White Rabbit!
