Vintage Style Process
When I began studying photography, I fell in love with it's earliest incarnations.
Tintype, bromide, cyanotype, albumen, etching, and Daguerreotype all hold a place in my heart. I studied photographic history with some incredible teachers in Southern California, and they filled me with a love of the process.
These images are my way of paying homage. They aren't nearly as beautiful as the real thing, but have a quiet beauty of their own.
